After the dad's waited in line for over an hour, the mom's headed into Bass Pro upon the texting request of finally being at Santa's doorstep!
Some friends of ours decided to head to Bass Pro with us to do Santa pictures and dinner last night. Now we have NEVER had to wait in line more than 10 min for Santa. Typically (see previous Santa pics with my girls here) we go on Daddy's lunch break in NOVEMBER and have NO LINES (but still pay a pretty nice dollar amount for a single 5x7 photo)! But this year, because we wanted to be frugal, we went for the free pic. Wow! The line was all the way to the back of the store! CRAZY! It all worked out as the dad's got to hang and small talk without kids in line...and the mom's wheeled around strollers in the mall while the kids got their energy out! Nice plan!
Will we do it again next year...hmm...have to check to see if some friends can go with us first!
