The thing with Meridith's face is killing me too! I checked out deleted scenes from the show and looked at Meredith's Blog (http://blog.nbc.com/MeredithsBlog/) and found NOTHING! And we aren't the only curious ones. I googled it and lots of people are asking the same question. The deleted scene on the website do show Meredith's red blotchy face again. Who knows?!?!?!b
