NEW YORK, NEW YORK!

So, I've never been to NYC. And I'm so excited that I am going this weekend!!!
I get to accompany Jarrett on a business trip!
Since my sister lives a few hours away, she will be also coming with her husband!
I'm pumped!!!
So, what shall we do in such a small city?
Any tips?

Don't worry about fancy resturants it waste a couple hours of you time.

Go to China town..buy something off the street.

Eat a gross hot dog just because that it how a new yorker does it.

Go to time square, rockefeller center, statue of liberty, empire state building.

Get a map of the subway and map out your plan before you leave the room.

Buy a daily subway pass it's cheeper and faster than trying to put coins in each time.

If there is a line at the turnstyle wait step aside and wait, new yorkers are actually heading some where...most don't have patients for you if you can't figure out the machine.

This from a girl that was in tears many times..from fear and people telling me to hurry up!

Always act like you know where your going...

I so want to go back though!

Gotta visit ground zero if you have time. I highly recommend Little Italy -yummy. We also enjoyed Central Park - but it was quite a hike from where we stayed. David Letterman was fun - you can call and get on a list for cancellations - but it is time consuming - Lots of hurry up and wait stuff. The ESPN cafe is neat. If you go to Times Square and work out - you will find lots to do....Have fun. I would love to go!!
